MTC gender pay pay report 2023/2024

MTC has now published our gender pay gap report for 2023 to 2024. Managing Director Ian Mulholland said:

“While MTC is confident that it does not pay men and women differently for the same or equivalent work, our pay gap is a result of the roles in which men and women work within at MTC and the salaries these roles attract. I believe that the action plans we have put in place will encourage more women to apply for senior roles within the company.”

The report contains key statistics by MTC within the stated period, alongside analysis of the results and sets out MTC’s future plans to reduce the gender pay gap further.
