In August 2024 MTC signed up to the Armed Forces covenant.

MTC is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognising the value service personnel, both regular and reserves, veterans and military families contrite to our business as well as our country.

MTC will uphold the principles of the Armed Forces covenant by:

• Promoting the Armed Forces
• Recognising the talent Veterans can bring to the organisation
• Supporting employees who are members of the reserve forces
• Ensuring national events are building into our employee engagement plan including Armed Forces day, reserves day, the poppy appeal and remembrance activities.

MTC has plans to raise awareness of national events throughout 2025.
