BSA launches frontline workers Modern Slavery Pack

On Monday 2 December, the BSA Modern Slavery Council gathered in London to launch the frontline workers modern slavery pack.

The pack aims to provide an accessible resource for organisations to raise awareness within their workforce, and to empower frontline workers to be able to identify modern slavery and labour exploitation. Training material detailed in the pack is guidance specifically tailored to frontline workers that organisations can share within their workforce and their supply chains.

By empowering our frontline workers, we can make a real difference. We encourage everyone to explore and share this training pack to maximise its potential in helping to mobilise collective action against modern slavery.

At the launch, the Council were joined by representatives from the Cabinet Office and Home Office as well as speakers from the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority, Stronger Together, Slave-Free Alliance, Maximus and Madeline Fitton, Chair of the Council.
